A reminder SMS will be sent to you a day or two before your appointment. If you cannot make the appointment, please cancel as soon as possible. Appointments not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, will be charged for. If you are going to be late, please inform us asap and we will try to reschedule your appointment if possible. It may not always be possible to reschedule on the same day.
Before seeing Dr Hofmeyr, all patients will be asked to provide a urine sample, so please do not empty your bladder before arrival. Before the first consultation you will be asked to provide an official ID and medical aid card, and to fill in our registration form and sign the patient's terms and conditions agreement. In order to all of this timeously, please come 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
