Preparing for your consultation
1. Your appointment will be confirmed via sms or telephone call in the week prior.
2. Please inform us if you will be late or unable to attend your appointment in the allocated time slot. We work according to strict timelines and one late client can upset the whole day's schedule for every subsequent client.
3. Always arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that there is enough time for you to do the practice paperwork and provide a urine sample.
4. Please be patient if we are running late. In our line of work there are often unforeseen emergencies. We will inform you of delays when possible.
